This project focuses on metalwork for a Contemporary-Colonial style house, ensuring consistency in visual theme across both interior and exterior areas.
The standout feature of this residence is undoubtedly the meticulously crafted metal screen panel adorning its exterior, expertly produced through CNC cutting technology to seamlessly replicate the intricate 3D designs envisioned by the architect.
We've utilized 2mm thick, high-quality GI sheets from the JSW brand for the screen panel outside the double-height area of the house. This not only enhances the visual appeal but also serves as a privacy-enhancing element within the home.
Two gates have been installed to facilitate convenient access to the L-shaped property. A folding-sliding gate is provided at the front of the house, while a sliding gate is positioned on the left side for easy access to the car parking area.
These gates are meticulously designed to align with the architectural aesthetics of the elevation
We've crafted an outside staircase leading from the first floor to the terrace, ensuring both beauty and reliability. The design seamlessly integrates with the aesthetics of tress roofing and wall-mounted vertical pergolas.
Sloped roofs stand as another testament to creative metal fabrication, featuring stunning ceramic tiles meticulously laid over a sturdy steel structural frame.
A laser-cut metallic decorative handrail has been chosen for the staircase, enhancing the interior's aesthetic appeal. The handle is meticulously arranged in a leaf pattern, aligning with the elevation design to maintain design uniformity and visual harmony.
Provided a wooden frame on the top which is incorporated to complement the staircase design.
The car porch is intricately designed with a louver pattern using grey-shaded GI tubes. The roofing consists of a perforated sheets over the frame, topped with a 4mm polycarbonate sheet for added durability and protection. Additionally, a rain gutter is neatly integrated to ensure proper drainage of water.
