In Chatayamangalam, Kollam, a concerned client sought our expertise to address a terrace leak issue. Upon a thorough site inspection, it became evident that the leakage was stemming from the terrace plastering. The presence of imperfections in the plastering, specifically rough patches, created openings through which water infiltrated, leading to the primary source of the leakage.

We successfully resolved the moisture and leakage issues in this house by employing a highly effective waterproofing method known as PU coating (Polyurethane). This choice not only rectified the problem but also came with the added assurance of a 7-year warranty, providing long-lasting protection for the homeowner.
