We meticulously completed the cement lattices on the Sopanam, applying a teak wood stain and conducting detailed polishing throughout, except for the designated seating area.

We employed MRF's premium PU polishing products for the Sopanam. Adhering to the company's stringent quality standards, we meticulously executed a comprehensive 5-coat polishing process, including Insulator, Sealer, and PU Clear. Some areas received a single coat, while others were treated to multiple coats.

We applied top-tier primer and emulsion products of superior quality for both interior and exterior enhancements.

The staircase features wooden handrails, steps, and skirting, meticulously crafted to harmonize with the overall interior theme.

We've chosen anti-skid and anti-scratch materials for the staircase polishing, keeping in mind the safety of both children and adults in the household.

The distinctive design of the 'Kilivathil' in the staircase landing area has undergone meticulous polishing to achieve a flawless finish, mirroring the perfection maintained throughout all other areas.

The interior theme of the house, including the bedrooms, embraces a Pure White shade, creating a timeless and elegant aesthetic.

The client opted for a vibrant off-white shade as the exterior color theme for the house, infusing it with a bright and welcoming ambiance.
